Mummies and Pumpkins...

Last week while checking out everyone's adorable Halloween posts,
I found these Oreo Pumpkins at Oopsey-Daisy and decided I needed to try them!
So I got some Oreos and orange candy melts!

I did some trial & error and discoved the best way to get the pretzel stick in is to dip into melted candy, then put them in the oreos.
Next, pop them in the freezer until the candy is hardened.
Then you can use the stick to hold the oreo while you cover it with candy.

Once the candy is hardened, I added a small green ribbon for the leaf.

Then, I decided to try the Mummies I had seen over at A Little Lovely.
She had used a piping bag to do the ribbon effect, but I didn't have one of those,
so I just used the knife to make cross marks. Not as cute as hers, but cute enough!

Cute Mummies!

Next it was time to put all that goodness in the cute bags & tags I had made the night before!

All bagged up and ready to go!

Happy Halloween to all our amazing therapist and staff at
Baylor Our Children's House Allen!
I hope you enjoy your goodies!
